John McCain has reportedly met in private (or secret) with illegal alien interest groups in Illinois. BVBL covers it here. Here’s one of the first sound-bites from the mainstream media:

John McCain: start acting like you are the leader of the elephant party and stop double-talking like a jack-a**. Show the same courage that you showed when confronting your communist captors in Viet Nam and support:

(a) the rule of law

(b) securing our borders

(c) implementing a system whereby employers cannot knowingly hire illegal labor

(d) so that there can be no excuse when hit with SEVERE PENALTIES for hiring illegal labor.

While you are at it, make this a higher priority than the cap-and-trade program in your proposal for the biggest government take-over of American industry since the New Deal.

The time to denounce quasi-amnesty is now!
