Property Rights in Virginia
With the recent property rights battles occurring in the General Assembly this session with SJ 290, maybe, it is good to listen to Suzette Kelo’s story about how she fought to keep her beautiful house in New London, Connecticut. She fought on behalf of her right to property that she took her case to the Supreme Court and won in Kelo v. New London.

Call your State Senators today and urge them to support the Constitutional Amendment to uphold your Property Rights in Virginia.

Great post. We had and are having the same issues in NC. It’s incredible how we sister states have to endure the same things. You must be run by the same brand of liberals that we are! Thanks for letting us know about this on Twitter. Keep up the good work!
You have an AFP group in VA, right? Of course, because I met you at the AFP Summit 08 last year. Thank goodness they are well-organized in NC. They do great things and I hope they are strong in Va, as well. Forgot to mention that previously.
