Whether one is an activist, supporter or coming to hear Bob McDonnell’s message for the first time, 700 is an impressive number for the NOVA kick-off compared to the less than 100 Democrats that showed up at the Democratic rally held yesterday morning outdoors at Mason District Park.

Bob McDonnell delivered a strong speech on issues of concern to Virginians — jobs, transportation, education, public safety, and family values.

It was great seeing many parents bring their children to the kick-off.

Come on, not everyone there was an activist! I certainly wouldn’t count myself and my friends who liked Bob over other silver tongue candidates as one. Bob is fair and balanced compared to what others have to offer.
