Congress needs to hear from you. All across America, Congressional townhall meetings have been packed with many who are angered by Congress and Barack Obama’s universal health care plan. They have heard quite an earful, and stirred up angry comments from the Democrat leadership in Congress. Listen to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s comments compare those who attend these hearings to voice their dissent as “carrying swastikas.”
Here is a list of townhall meetings here in Virginia, where you can voice your dissent and prove to Pelosi and the Democrats in Congress that this health care bill is a disaster that will take away our liberties to choose health care coverage that is right for our needs.

I am interested in reading the health care bill (and other bills), but don’t know how to find them.
I’m also concerned about this insane borrowing & spending. What is wrong with these people?
I think that we need to be showing up in large numbers to these meetings, and peacefully protest the heath care reform. I stress peacefully because we do not want to be painted as an “angry mob” like the people in Tampa were. we need to let them know that we are tired of it, that the are elected to vote as we choose, and if they don’t we will be voting them out. that is scariest thing to these people, getting voted out; because they lose their cash cow. I encourage everyone to check out The 9.12 Project.
Alice,
Copy all the below info beginning with http and ending with .pdf and the health care bill will come up. It takes it some time but it’s there.

If you can, get out to these town hall meetings to voice your opinion. A couple of things to remember: 1. Come prepared with though provoking statements and questions for the representative. 2. State up front that you are not part of a mob or organizaion, but are a concerned tax paying citizen. 3. If you don’t like the answer, don’t get upset, simply state that you will remember their position when you vote next. 4. Try to be civil and respectful. It does you or anyone else no good to start shouting and pointing fingers. You will not be taken seriousely if you only use anger to make your point. Simply (and calmly) remind them that you hired them, and you will fire them when they come up for re-election.
