Del. “Cruisin’” Chuck Caputo definitely shows his initiatives for improving transportation from within the 67^th District. When it came time to showing up for an important transportation vote, he goes on vacation. Additionally, he voted for the unconstititutional abuser fees consistently. Meanwhile, he continues to pat himself on the back for the good work that he does, which leads me to ask if he has any shame.
