Virginia Pro-Choice License Plate Disappoints Feminists

Noted feminists are disappointed with the design for the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicle’s approved counter-offering to the “Choose Life” license plate design.  Hoping for a more “snarky” response to the “Choose Life” design, feminists sought a design depicting the gravity of the life-and-death choice facing women contemplating receipt of the progressive sacrament of abortion.  With proceeds going to supplement Virginia Planned Parenthood Affiliates’ income from the sale of aborted fetus body-parts,  feminists also hoped for a more fitting memorial to the legacy of Margaret Sanger.  The intended offering was

with a more euphemistic design meeting final approval, instead.

  1. This is racist and sexist! You bastard!

  2. Not Too Conservative

If the GOP wants to win elections, it must triangulate between pro-lifers and pro-choicers by advancing policies that only sell half of the total amount of body-parts harvested from aborted fetuses.

  3. Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted babies’ bodyparts is materialistic and detrimental to the family.

I could also see why the Feministers are disappointed, the approved design looks like it’s talking about choosing the right pair of shoes.

  4. I once met a Democratic activist who worked for, the pro-abortion group, “Emily’s List” and she told me that I shouldn’t give a damn about women killing babies, because the right sorts of women were doing the killing.

Over the years since that conversation, I have observed that abortion is really a modern form of the old Eugenics programs. America is, through the use of so-called, reproductive choice, been culling a significant number of minority and drug addicted babies from our population.

Conservatives will slowly realize that abortion is not so bad and soon Republicans will themselves finally catch on, and start funding abortion programs.

  5. Republican Rebel

It’s about time that this country had a serious discussion of what abortion is, what its impact on women is, what its impact on the family is, and what its impact on society is. I contend that it has cheapened life and made all of us more disposable.

As long as abortion-lovers can keep the conversation focused on “choice,” they win. When the conversation turns to what this “choice” entails–snuffing out an innocent life–abortion-lovers lose.

With over 50 million aborted American children, I suspect that one reason for the decline in support for abortion is that more people have had to grapple with the fact that their parents chose to eliminate a sibling. How unsettling it must be to know that your loving parents would consider doing such a thing–and would have likely done the same thing to you had the situation been slightly different. The price of choice is chilling–and lasts for a lifetime.

Finally, with two million couples looking to adopt, there’s just no excuse for abortion. When Americans have to go over seas to adopt, it’s clear that our politicians and public policy “experts” have failed us.

  6. “With over 50 million…” Its been reported as 60 million, but that is not the point. That is 60 million fewer crack-heads and gang-banger wannabes filling the housing projects.

Republicans won’t fund social service programs, so it is only logical that they would support eugenic-style abortion programs to reduce the number of dirt bags whose only future is to become wards of the state.

So what is it going to be hypocrites: Pay now, or pay later?
