The American Dream: You Have to be Asleep to Believe It

The House passed health “reform.” Yay.  Most Americans are against it.  Maybe Republicans can use this to win Congress and the Presidency over the next 3 years.  At that rate, they’ll be just in time to repeal the health benefits coming into effect in 2013, while keeping all the new taxes to fund the next war.

  1. If the GOP wants to win elections, it must triangulate between free market healthcare reform and low taxation by promoting policies that raise the cost of healthcare. This would allow insurance companies to make more money. With more money, it would then be possible to lower the taxes created by this health reform bill but still generate revenue to fight the terrorists.

  2. This healthcare “reform” promises to be costly which would have a chilling effect on women’s materialism. Paradoxically, this would still be detrimental to the family because women will not be able to spend as much on high end shoes and handbags, and will have to seek refuge by tripping on Xanax.

  3. George Carlin states it much more eloquently than most of these pundits. Today, I am mourning the loss of liberty, but I am MAD AS HELL and these bastards will be paying in November. They will also be paying due to the numerous lawsuits pending final signage, including our Attorney General’s (Go Ken Go!) lawsuit. It’s time to remove the Constitutional-violating scum.
