Lithium in Your Drinking Water

…but not a therapeutic amount, that would be like drinking several Olympic-sized swimming pools every minute.  Huh?
Whoa. He really said it, didn’t he?  Well, if it means lower crime, then I guess it can’t hurt, right?

  1. If the GOP wants to win elections it must triangulate between individual rights to privacy and public safety by sedating the population in the event of a huge catastrophe. I’m not a scientist, but if there’s a way to reduce crime and prevent suicides by treating our drinking water, I’m all for it. At least we should look into this.

  2. Does Grima Wormtongue realize that trace lithium in towns, with low suicide and crime rates, is correlational, not causational? Drugging the water may not make people materialistic, but it sure would be detrimental to the family.

  3. Slowell should drink some more lithium. Drugging the water with anything is BAD and has nothing to do with race. Grow up

  4. Did i ask you fruitcakes to put ANYTHING in my water when i PAID FOR IT? I thought i paid a monthly fee for CLEAN DRINKING WATER… I didn’t ask for you to put fluoride, or lithium in it… .Who thinks up this shit? Is it bad that i prey everyday that some huge catastrophe befalls washington D.C. and all the politicians die along with their horrible ideas?

  5. Slowell, the first syllable of your name describes your brain it seems. SLOW! There might be less suicides, but why should I want to be drugged, and not think as clear or sharply, because some people may take their own life. That is their choice. Sorry were not victums in that way… but we would be victums of the government’s efforts to make us even more sheepish than we have been already, if Lithium was put in drinking water. It’s a terrible idea, to say the least!

  6. Slowell, what in hell does spiking our drinking water with Lithium have to do with racism? What a jelly-brain!
