I don’t normally blog about my personal life. It’s just something that I don’t publicize often. However, you may have noticed a longer than usual absence, and many assumed I threw in the towel on blogging altogether. This is not true. Perhaps, it is time for a little explanation.
I met a wonderful man in 2009. Little did I know this man would fall in love with a rabid Ron Paul supporter, especially after I insulted his ancestor, Alexander Hamilton, who happened to be killed by Aaron Burr. It took becoming his friend after the debate, and later being set up by two former interns, who thought we were going to be a great match. After we started dating in 2010, we became inseparable and fell deeper in love. He proposed the day before my birthday in June 2012.
Today, I am marrying the man who caused me to lose my first debate ever. He has stood by and loved me, despite my crazy quirks. I am excited to be spending the rest of my life with him and so ready to embark on our future together.
Here is to another long break until after the honeymoon. Then, I should have more to say.
