Save His Presidency

September 22, 2010 by 200 Grande

Is Barry Soetoro, the man also known as President Obama, hoping for a terror to save his Presidency?  A new book by Bob Woodard suggests that the answer is “yes”:

Woodward’s book portrays Obama and the White House as barraged by warnings about the threat of terrorist attacks on U.S. soil and confronted with the difficulty in preventing them. During an interview with Woodward in July, the president said, “We can absorb a terrorist attack. We’ll do everything we can to prevent it, but even a 9/11, even the biggest attack ever . . . we absorbed it and we are stronger.

A Reichstag fire event is anticipated due, not only to plummeting poll numbers, but a lack of confidence in the American dollar, exhibited by gold’s charge to $1300 an ounce in light of the Federal Reserve’s latest quantitative easing.  Besides, the same thing worked for President Bush the Dumber, right?

Barack Bombshell

August 20, 2010 by 200 Grande

Investigative reporter Wayne Madsen has a three-part and growing series on Barry Soetoro, aka Barak Obama, and his familial connections to the American intelligence industry.  Here is a primer for the series:

Far from being the mere ‘son of a goat herder’ (as he deceptively paraded during and even before his candidacy), strong evidence has emerged that President Barack Obama is the product of the intelligence community. Investigative reporter and former NSA employee Wayne Madsen has put together an extensive three-part (and growing) series with conclusive proof and documentation that Barack Obama Sr., Stanley Ann Dunham, Lolo Soetoro and President Barack Obama himself all hold deep ties to the CIA and larger intelligence community. And that’s just the beginning.

After his election, President Obama quickly moved to seal off his records via an executive order. Now, after two years of hints and clues, there is substantial information to demonstrate that what Obama has omitted is that his rare rise to power can only be explained by his intelligence roots. However, this is more than the story of one man or his family. There is a long-term strategic plan to recruit promising candidates into intelligence and steer these individuals and their families into positions of influence and power. Consider that it is now declassified former British Prime Minister Tony Blair was recruited into MI5 before becoming a labour leader, or that George H. W. Bush not only became CIA director in 1976 but had a deeper past in the organization. While we may never know many pertinent details about these matters, one thing that is certain is that the American people have never been told the truth about who holds the real power, nor who this president– and likely many others– really is. Thus, we urge everyone to read Wayne Madsen’s deep report and seek the truth for yourself.

With this story going volcanic on Google Trends, yesterday, the Ministry of Truth sought to mischaracterize the internet buzz by rehashing the 2008 campaign meme of Soetoro’s Muslim background, provoked by a recent Pew poll.

Rand Paul Hoax

August 13, 2010 by 200 Grande

Retractions abound from a very funny tale about Rand Paul that has been circulating throughout the week:

The woman who sparked a national firestorm by recounting Rand Paul’s
youthful indiscretions to GQ magazine is now clarifying her account: She says she was not kidnapped nor forced to do drugs by Paul.

But she reiterated other odd aspects of her earlier story, including her claim that Paul and another college friend blindfolded her, tied her up, and told her to smoke pot and worship the “Aqua Buddha,” even if they didn’t physically force her to do these things.

(Slate: Racist ‘Rand fan’ actually Obama supporter)

The woman — who was made available to me for an interview by GQ reporter Jason Zengerle in response to the Paul campaign’s denunciations of his article — said she didn’t mean to imply that she was kidnapped “in a legal sense.”

“The whole thing has been blown out of proportion,” she told me. “They didn’t force me, they didn’t make me. They were creating this drama: `We’re messing with you.’”

The woman said that much of the subsequent coverage of her allegations missed a key nuance: As a participant in a college ritual, where lines between acquiescence and victimization are often blurry, she was largely playing along with the notion that she was being forced to follow Paul’s orders.

“I went along because they were my friends,” she said. “There was an implicit degree of cooperation in the whole thing. I felt like I was being hazed.”

That characterization of events supports Paul’s claim that, as he told Fox News yesterday, “No, I never was involved with kidnapping. No, I never was involved with forcibly drugging people.”

Regarding Rand Paul’s ability to dominate women, this comes across as quite disappointing.  Also, the part about the “Aqua Buddha” is about as ridiculous as a bunch of Yalies mastrubating in coffins, or the “most faggy God-damned thing” Richard Nixon or David Gergen could ever imagine.

Lithium in Your Drinking Water

August 3, 2010 by 200 Grande

…but not a therapeutic amount, that would be like drinking several Olympic-sized swimming pools every minute.  Huh?
Whoa. He really said it, didn’t he?  Well, if it means lower crime, then I guess it can’t hurt, right?

If You're Against the War in Afghanistan, Then…

July 30, 2010 by 200 Grande

…you’re against women.

Yeah, that’s right.  So says TIME Magazine with its latest war propaganda:

Now, it’s unclear whether or not female face mutilations are official Taliban policy, but forget about that 911 stuff, and while you’re at it, forget about all that drug dealing stuff, too.  The mission is now officially for white-knighting on behalf of Afghani women.

While we’re at it, the Iranians are a bunch of misogynists, too.  Look at the humiliation they pile upon their women:

http://writewingpolitics.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/burka.jpg

Just awful.  What do all the Iranian men of the past 40 years have to say for themselves?  Well?  Anything?

Typical men.  Now more American military men have to brave a 50% divorce rate because no Iranian man will stand up for their women’s equality.

If the spirit of alternative dispute resolution, here’s a proposal similiar to that discussed between Kissinger and Mao: how about we send 40 million American women in exchange for 200,000 Afghani women?  That way, the Taliban and Al CIAeda will crumble within a year.

Mercantile Economy For Your Protection

July 29, 2010 by 200 Grande

From the Los Angeles Times:

With no warning one weekday morning, investigators entered an organic grocery with a search warrant and ordered the hemp-clad workers to put down their buckets of mashed coconut cream and to step away from the nuts.

Then, guns drawn, four officers fanned out across Rawesome Foods in Venice. Skirting past the arugula and peering under crates of zucchini, they found the raid’s target inside a walk-in refrigerator: unmarked jugs of raw milk.

“I still can’t believe they took our yogurt,” said Rawesome volunteer Sea J. Jones, a few days after the raid. “There’s a medical marijuana shop a couple miles away, and they’re raiding us because we’re selling raw dairy products?”

If the milk is rotten, it can hurt more people than an Al Queda suicide bomber.

Cartons of raw goat and cow milk and blocks of unpasteurized goat cheese were among the groceries seized in the June 30 raid by federal, state and local authorities — the latest salvo in the heated food fight over what people can put in their mouths.

On one side are government regulators, who say they are enforcing rules designed to protect consumers from unsafe foods and to provide a level playing field for producers. On the other side are ” healthy food” consumers — a faction of foodies who challenge government science and seek food in its most pure form.

They want almonds cracked fresh from the shell, not those run through a federally mandated pasteurization process that uses either heat or a chemical to kill off salmonella and other possible contaminants. They hunger for meat slaughtered on the farm. And they’re willing to pay a premium — $6, $8 or more — for a gallon of milk straight from the cow.

These hippies are worse than the drug-growing Taliban. Actually their beards give them a strong resemblance to Al Queda, the Taliban, and those menacing Amishing selling their roadside raw milk.

So despite research outlining the dangers of consuming raw milk and other unprocessed foods, they’re finding ways to circumnavigate federal, state and local laws that seek to control what they can serve at the dinner table. Such defiance, they said, comes from growing distrust of a food sector that has become more industrialized and consolidated — and whose products have been at the root of some of the country’s deadliest food contamination cases.

What a determined and resourceful enemy!  Americans  need to understand: if you buy raw milk, then you are supporting terrorists.

Through the Years: Debt as a Percent of GDP

July 22, 2010 by 200 Grande

The Economic Collapse blog has a sobering view of this:

The entire post is worth reading to get a good comparison of American society during the great depression and now. Here’s a primer:

Today most Americans are completely obsessed with the silliest of things. They wonder how Lindsay Lohan is going to fare in jail and they agonize over who LeBron James is going to play basketball for. But when it comes to the things that really matter, most Americans are completely clueless. For example, while most Americans would agree that we are experiencing difficult economic times right now, most of them would also argue that our economic system is in fundamentally good shape and that things will get back to “normal” at some point. Those of us who are trying to warn America of the impending economic nightmare are dismissed as “doom and gloomers” and “conspiracy theorists”. But of course, as with so many things, the passage of time will tell who was right and who was wrong. Below there is a chart that I want all of you to burn into your memory. It is a chart of total U.S. debt as a percentage of GDP from 1870 until 2009. This chart clearly and succinctly communicates the horror of the debt bubble that we are currently dealing with. When this debt bubble pops, it is going to make the Great Depression look like a Sunday picnic.

Looking at the trend over the last forty years, the only one making sense on this is Ron Paul:

When are we going to stop and think: maybe we are not on the right course? Of course we could look at more current statistics in the last month or two, and say, “Oh, everything is on its way up,” but, quite frankly, if you’ve been unemployed, and unemployment is getting worse, they’re not waiting for a double-dip, they’ve been in one big dip. And the fact that there is a few statistics that shows that there’s been a bump in the financial markets,…it really doesn’t reassure the people. So, I’m looking for the day that we look at the fundamentals…looking at our monetary policy…looking at our fiscal policy…and just wondering: how did we get in this mess? And someday, I would also like to suggest that the people whom were right on this, for the past ten years, …who knew about the bubbles,…warned about the bubbles,…who said this was coming…I don’t know why we just don’t talk to them and say: “How were you guys right?”

But really. Why would anyone listen to these doom-and-gloom conspiracy theories?

Son Killing Himself No Excuse for Grieving Father's Uppity Attitude Toward Police

July 21, 2010 by 200 Grande

From Fox 5, Atlanta.

http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/video/videoplayer.swf?dppversion=2397

In Loganville, Georgia, uppity citizens need to understand who is the boss in this country:

The Loganville man said found his stepson Wednesday, dead inside his garage. The 24-year-old had committed suicide.

“I tried to do CPR on him and couldn’t bring him back. I yelled for people in the neighborhood to call 911,” said Dixon.

When police and emergency crews arrived, Dixon said paramedics took over the rescue effort.

“I left the garage, walked to the front door. One of the police officers came up behind me, grabbed my arm, and said, ‘You need to sit down.’ I jerked my arm away from him and said, ‘Don’t touch me.’ That’s all I said to the man, and he tackled me,” Dixon said.

Dixon said other officers then joined in and two allegedly held him down, while two others punched him in the face.

When police say calm down, you calm down.

This father is lucky, because if he had been black or a dog, then a SWAT team would have been called in, the father would have been shot, and marijuana residue would have been found somewhere in the house.

'Colombianization' of Mexico

July 20, 2010 by 200 Grande

Christian Science Monitor has more.

Violence in Mexico escalates:

Last week’s Mexico car bomb in the border town of Cuidad Juarez killed three. It is the first known use of a car bomb against authorities and marks a troubling new level of violence in the country’s brutal drug war.

The significance: Mexico is in complete free-fall, with violence spilling over to the U.S. side of the border. With U.S. law enforcement personnel (such as Sheriff Babeu of Pinal County, Arizona receiving death threats), when will this scene be reenacted in the U.S.?
