Whoopi Attacks McCain on Abortion: “Would I Be Slave?”
Hollywood, CA (LifeNews.com) — John and Cindy McCain appeared on the women’s television show, “The View” on Friday morning and the hosts asked the pair questions about abortion. The show is known for its pro-abortion activism, with co-host Whoopi Goldberg a longtime member of the Planned Parenthood board of advisors.
Why doesn’t this news surprise me? After all, Whoopi and Joy Behar are flaming leftists who would rather drool all over Hillary or the Queen Rat Pelosi, instead of focusing on the real purpose of The View: entertainment. This is exactly why I tune “The View” out!

Reggaeton recording artist Daddy Yankee throws his endorsement to John McCain. His song “Gasolina” was a mega hit and will definitely help boost the Hispanic vote this fall.
Crystal Clear Conservative Question Day
Y’all know what today is, right? It is question day (a new segment) here at Crystal Clear Conservative. So, please leave your questions for the CCC Blog Squad (CCC, 200 Grande, HokieFan and The Columntator) about anything (ranging from entertainment, culture, 2008 Elections, sports, etc.).
In case you don’t already know, we have added two new contributors to this blog. HokieFan reflects his love for Virginia Tech sports, but he adds a new spin to the blog (knocking some common sense balance to the once-duo at CCC). Then, there is The Columntator, who is a wealth of knowledge in politics and history. Of course, they will be contributing to the blog soon, so give them your warm welcome.

Charlie Wilson’s War Was Really America’s War
Conservative writer Michael Johns argues that the new Universal Pictures’ film Charlie Wilson’s War tells one of the most important historical stories of the 20th Century: The Cold War didn’t “end.” Rather, it was won. And Afghanistan, not Berlin, was ground zero.
I have not watched Charlie Wilson’s War, but the movie looks great. It is on my rainy day list of movies.
UPDATE: The movie is a must-see! Best line from the movie: “John Murtha is as clean as my mother’s kitchen floor.” Yeah right!

Proof That ‘Real World’ Destroyed MTV
Hmmm, can I beg to differ? I love “The Real World.” After all, it kept me entertained throughout high school and college. I could relate to some of the characters, while I thought the crazy ones added to what the actual real world is like. How could you not like Puck from “The Real World-San Francisco”? This show was the start of reality television as we know it, so I do not know if “The Real World” destroyed MTV. However, I am proud to be a part of Generation “Real World.”
Crystal Clear Conservative Endorses Jimmy Buffett for President
Most of my friends have been placing bets on who I would endorse for President of the United States. My polling has shown that 60% said that Bob Barr was my choice, 25% said Chuck Baldwin, and the best stat of all was that 20% said I would hold my nose and vote for McCain. Well, my friends are wrong (and NO, I am not voting for Barack Obama)!
Crystal Clear Conservative is starting the official write-in campaign for Jimmy Buffett to run as a Parrothead in the General Election. Now, why would CCC endorse Buffett? Well, it is quite simple. We need less fruitcakes running the government and the world. As President, Buffett would pass the tax cuts needed to stimulate the economy (which would help us afford the staples of the beach life: flip flops, etc.).
**Note: After all, this is supposed to be humorous. It might or might not happen

UPDATE: Encourage your friends and family to place their “Fins” up for Jimmy Buffett in November or else, the fruitcakes will continue to mess up our Government!
